Harborfest 2007
South Haven, Michigan
June 14-17, 2007

It all started in 1992 when the good people of South Haven decided to do something after a long, cold winter. After being cooped up inside for months, it would have to be something outside.
The city had just completed the construction of The Municipal Marina, a very attractive addition to the harbor. Wouldn't it be nice to have a party there?
And so Harborfest was born!

The festival runs Father's Day weekend, Friday Saturday, and Sunday.  Next year the dates will be June 15th, 16th, and 17th.  Friday kicks off at 5:00 pm with music, food, and fun.

Saturday the Dragonboat Races begin and run all day, and we have our signature "Blues on the Black River" night.

Sunday we have Dragonboat Finals, with awards after the final race, and local church groups perform.

All weekend long there are many family activities including a craft fair and lighthouse tours.

Harborfest is proud to provide a weekend of entertainment for the entire family - free of charge. There is no cost to attend any of the concerts throughout the weekend. However we will always accept donations of time, talent, or money.
